3. Indian vegan Aloo Gobi has potatoes (aloo), cauliflower (gobi), and traditional spices. Dry-prepared. Indian spices like turmeric make the dish bright yellow-orange.

Shorba" is another name for "Shu'Bah," which is a tomato soup that is prepared with Indian spices and has a delicate taste.
