Tom Brady, a seven-time Super Bowl Champion, is merging his health and nutrition company, TB12, and his apparel company, Brady, with training company Nobull.

Brady will become the second largest stakeholder in Nobull, with Mike Repole, founder of BodyArmor, holding the top position.

Nobull, established in 2015 by Marcus Wilson and Michael Schaeffer, is headquartered in Boston and has a workforce of around 100 people across the US, UK and China.

The company aims to transform into a comprehensive wellness company and maintain operations under the brand name Nobull.

Mike Repole, a successful entrepreneur, acquired a controlling interest in Nobull in July and has a history of successfully selling companies like BodyArmor and Vitaminwater.

The agreement will encompass footwear, apparel, and nutrition products previously categorized under the TB12 and Brady labels.

Tom Brady is set to merge with Nobull Training Company to enhance the impact of his brand and loyal fanbase.
